Healthy eating is an important part of exam preparation. It is also one of the most neglected areas of one’s life. You are what you eat. So start caring about yourself.

Some Do’s & Don’ts for healthy eating.
Do’s:
- Eat on time.
- Eat what is your regular diet at home
- Eat multiple mini-meals
- Do NOT miss breakfast, NOT EVEN on the day of the exam.
- Make fruits & vegetables your friends
- Nuts necessarily do not make you nutty. Have optimum number of nuts
- Drink more water & keep your body hydrated
- Consume Smaller quantities of junk food.
Don’ts :
- Have high amounts of coffee/tea
- Take nutritional supplements
- Skip meals
Do’s on the exam day
- Have breakfast & leave home
- Carry sufficient water
- If possible carry fruits or some nuts like almonds to eat during the day
- Identify a juice shop & have some juice if not fruits
- Preferably take home food
- If eating bread, choose wheat bread
Don’ts on the exam day
- Aerated water/soft drinks
- Eat Fried or Stale eatables
- Have Large quantities of caffeine
